This reminds me of the season finale of the Netflix animated show, F is for Family season 2.
SPOILER:
In the show, there’s a baseball player named Scoop who is in the Miner League. He was a major league prick who tried to re-segregate baseball (whatever that means), and also the idiot nephew of Roger Dunbarton, who is a heartless asshole and the CEO of an airport. One night in Saint Louis, Scoop got drunk after throwing a no-hitter and got kicked in the head by carving his name on the back of a Clydesdale, which crushed his skull and left him with a large depression on the side of his head, making him into a half-brained asshole. He even keeps a newspaper clipping around his neck. When the main character, Frank, gets fired from the airport, even though he saved it from a strike on Christmas. Scoop takes Franks's job and he sucks at it; he sorts luggage by race and puts his workers in danger. But Roger Dunbarton's ego is too big to admit that he made a mistake.
So Frank and his worker friends plan to get rid of Scoop by drugging him and putting him in the back of a plane to nowhere. When they just do that, Frank realizes that he's been a terrible husband since he lost his job, so he wants to leave and apologize to his wife… but then the plane gets hijacked by terrorists. They also have a suitcase with a bomb in it. Before one of the terrorists shoots Frank in the head, Scoop gets out of the plane and beats up all the terrorists and everyone cheers.
Scoop: “ Thank you baseball fans! Re-segregate now! It's what the white god wants! ”
He then danced around the tarmac when he accidentally stepped on the suitcase with the bomb and blew up. While Dunbarton was berating Frank. Scoop was obliterated immediately in the blast. It is later revealed that the shock wave from the blast caused the laminated newspaper article Scoop was wearing as a necklace to become lodged in Dunbarton's throat. He bleeds out on the tarmac after removing it, muttering his last words.
Dunbarton: “ FUCKING IDIOT! ”
He falls to the ground dead. And then Scoop's body falls to the ground and he’s messing his legs and one of his arms. Pretty much looks like the half-character in that artwork, but still has both arms. Anyway, this art looks really cool, but I must ask one thing…Does that character also want to re-segregate baseball? I still don’t know what that means, but it sounds racist. But I’m not calling your art racist. IM NOT! I'm just saying.
