Turn off your internet when you're working on something, you won't be distracted that way. Animation is a frustrating process, even when you're not autistic - it's a hurdle you have to get over eventually.
I'm having problems with animating too, but mainly with finding the time to work on shit. And when I do I'm generally too tired to get anything proper done. Shit sucks, but it is what it is.
