It might take a long time, but this is a spiral which is Difficult, but not inescapable. It may never go away, but you can break this vicious pattern’s dominance. Trying to turn feelings like that into more Pragmatic Observations on why you’re feeling that way and what can be done about it is a Good Start. Go at your own pace, but know you can escape.
