If you drink them often, they are addictive. In principle, they act almost the same as coffee. I started drinking coffee more often (even at night), and now they don't act on me as something invigorating. But I think that too many energy drinks are too harmful only for children, but still you should not lean on them. I hope I helped in some way this time :3
